Quick Tips Not Faded Carpet


Here are some tips to keep the rug in order to remain durable and not faded:
Avoid sunlight
Excessive sunlight and heat that burned a biggest enemy of carpet. Both can make the colors fade faster carpet, especially if exposed for long periods. Dim light is better to keep your carpet lasting long.
If you put carpet in areas exposed to the sun as a decoration, try a thick curtain to dim light.

Carpet cleaning
Regular carpet cleaning is an important way to make it always looks new. Get used to clean the carpet every day, to make it free from dust and dirt.
Do not let dust accumulate on the carpet, because it will gradually cover the original color and make the carpet look dull and ugly. Use a vacuum cleaner once a week to suck dust and dirt from the carpet.





Washing carpets
Occasionally, wash carpets using soapy water. Dampen the carpet, then use soap and a soft brush to gently scrub the carpet surface.
Do not use harsh chemicals. Although can make the job easier and faster completion, the chemical can fade the natural color of the carpet. If not, could use a gentle shampoo to wash the carpet.
When finished, rinse the carpet with enough water and make sure no remnants of soap left. Residual soap can fade the color of the carpet. After washing, dry the carpet up to 100 percent dry.
